- You may cancel an active application in your user dashboard. If online payment is involved, you may only cancel before payment is made.
- Avoid using a non-standard or outdated Internet browser like Internet Explorer. For best results, use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox with JavaScript enabled. This issue can also be caused by a faulty Internet connection.
- The Bureau of Immigration reserves the right to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., calamity, local holiday). An email will be sent with instructions to rebook.
- You will not be allowed to enter the office. Please arrive early to avoid inconveniencing yourself and other clients.

- All online payments paid for our services are non-refundable.
