- You may cancel an active application in your user dashboard. If online payment is involved, you may only cancel before payment is made.
- Avoid using a non-standard or outdated Internet browser like Internet Explorer. For best results, use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox on your computer or mobile device with JavaScript enabled. This issue can also be caused by a faulty Internet connection, which can be resolved by your Internet service provider.
- The Bureau of Immigration reserves the right to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. calamity, local holiday). An e-mail detailing the cancellation of your online appointment along with a notice to manually book for a new appointment date will be sent to you.
- You will not be allowed to enter the office. Please arrive early to avoid inconveniencing yourself and other clients.
- Check the inbox of your registered e-mail.
